1. PURPOSE OF THESE RULES These Marketplace, Moderation and Visibility Rules ("Marketplace Rules") explain the standards that apply to listings, accounts and conduct on WatchProject B2B, how listings are reviewed and made visible, and how we respond to violations. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use. Where this document and the Terms of Use conflict on a specific point, this document governs listing and conduct standards, and the Terms of Use govern the general legal relationship between you and us. 2. LISTING STANDARDS Every listing must accurately and honestly describe the watch offered, including brand, model and reference, condition, included accessories (box, papers, extra links), known defects, and price. Photographs must depict the actual item offered, not stock images or images of a different item, unless clearly and explicitly stated. You must have the legal right to sell or otherwise dispose of any item you list. Before becoming visible to other users, listings are reviewed against these standards. We may approve a listing as submitted, ask you to correct specific information before publication, or reject a listing that does not meet these standards. Approval of a listing is not a representation by WatchProject B2B that the item is authentic, in the condition described, or lawfully owned; that responsibility remains with the listing user. 3. LISTING VISIBILITY Listings may be published as public (visible to visitors and all registered users) or restricted to Verified Merchant accounts (B2B visibility), depending on the option you select and your account's eligibility for that option. Restricted listings will not be shown to unverified accounts or to visitors. We may reclassify or remove a listing that is published under a visibility level it does not qualify for. 4. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND CONTENT The following are prohibited on WatchProject B2B and will result in listing removal and may result in account restriction: Counterfeit, replica, or "homage" items presented, even implicitly, as genuine or as an authorised product of the original manufacturer. Stolen, smuggled, or otherwise illegally sourced items, including items you cannot show a lawful right to sell. Items whose sale, export or import is restricted or prohibited by applicable law (for example due to sanctions, endangered-species material, or other regulatory restrictions). Listings with materially false or misleading information about authenticity, condition, provenance, included accessories, or price. Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes a third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Off-platform circumvention content, such as listings whose only purpose is to redirect users to transact entirely outside the Service in a way designed to evade these Rules. 5. CONDUCT IN MESSAGES AND OFFERS When communicating with other users, you must not send harassment, threats, hate speech, or unsolicited commercial spam; misrepresent your identity, business, or authority to transact; pressure another user into a transaction outside the protections described in these Rules and our Terms; or use the messaging feature to distribute prohibited content described in Section 4. 6. REPORTING AND MODERATION If you believe a listing or a user has violated these Rules, you can report it directly from the listing or profile, selecting the reason that best applies (for example: counterfeit, misleading, prohibited item, scam, harassment, fake profile, non-delivery, or other). Reports are reviewed by our team. We may request additional information from either party, and we decide on appropriate action based on the evidence available to us; we are not obliged to disclose the identity of a reporting user, except where required by law. 7. RISK SIGNALS AND ACCOUNT FLAGS We use automated indicators, including an internally computed risk score based on account and platform activity, together with manual review, to identify accounts and listings that may present a heightened risk of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Rules. A flagged account or listing is reviewed by our team before any restriction is applied where practicable; flagging on its own is not a public or permanent record and does not necessarily result in any action. 8. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, and whether it is a first or repeated occurrence, we may take one or more of the following actions: request a correction to a listing; remove a listing or message; issue a warning; temporarily restrict specific account features (such as publishing new listings or sending messages); suspend an account; or permanently terminate an account. Severe violations, such as listing counterfeit or stolen items, repeated fraud, or serious harassment, may result in immediate suspension or termination without a prior warning. 9. APPEALS If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can request a review by contacting us at info@watchproject-b2b.com with your account details and the decision you are appealing. We will consider appeals in good faith, but our decision following review is final. 10. UPDATES TO THESE RULES We may update these Marketplace Rules to reflect changes to the Service, to address new types of abuse, or to comply with applicable law. We will publish the updated Rules on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Rules.
